First steps

This is my first blog and, a bit like flying, it makes me nervous. I have chosen a fairly early picture of mine titled "Doodly Doo" 1996 or 1997. Both the name and the painting came about by accident when using up watercolours from a slightly more boring composition. I can still remember every stroke of the brush but I was 15 or 16 at the time.
